Executive Director, Part-Time
Executive Director Job Responsibilities:
- Programs:Plans,organizes,and directs the CBP’s operations and programming.
- Membership and Board Development: Oversees and reports on CBP’s results to the Board and membership community.
- Strengthen Business/Town Relationship: Reports back to the CBP Board monthly with updates on developments within the Town that are relevant and impactful to the business community.
- Financial: Works with the CBP Treasurer on membership invoicing, recording of payments, and receipt of payments from membership community including assistance as needed for periodic budget and financial updates of CBP.
- Operations and Administration: Performs tasks including but not limited to: Maintaining CBP presence and sharing information from Town of Concord departmental mailings & distribution lists, creating letters supporting certain Town of Concord projects/initiatives, Annual Filings, and additional tasks identified by the Board.
Executive Director Qualifications/Skills:
·Demonstrates leadership and management skills.
• Articulates the vision, mission, and overall strategy and direction of the CBP.
• Identifies opportunities for CBP to engage more with the Town of Concord
